Floyd Mayweather apparently bought more than 100 cars from the same dealer

Floyd Mayweather’s nickname is “Money” for a reason, and if you work at Towbin Motorcars in Las Vegas you know why. The 38-year-old boxer, who could make upwards of $180 million when he fights Manny Pacquiao on May 2, has reportedly purchased more than 100 cars from that dealership alone.
These aren’t cheap cars either. Sixteen, according to dealer Josh “Chop” Towbin, have been Rolls Royces.
“He’ll buy a car before the fight. He’ll buy cars after the fight. He’ll buy cars on holidays …” Towbin recalls.
Mayweather makes his purchases in cash, which is why, according to dealer Jesika Towbin-Mansour, the dealership had to install a new cash counting machine.
“The one we had, you know, it just was not that great so I spent a little more money and got the best one and it’s really for him,” Towbin-Mansour said.
And it gets a lot of use.
“We never know when Floyd will get the bug to come car shopping,” Towbin-Mansour said. “There was one time where he gave us a call at two in the morning and, of course, we happily opened the store for him and he came in and bought a couple of cars.”
One can only imagine it’s the same way with everything he buys.
